Appartement très confortable, spacieux, bien décoré. La cuisine est fonctionnelle avec tout le nécessaire. Literie très confortable. Magnifique terrasse commune avec superbe vue sur Funchal. Personnel prévenant. Ménage quotidien impeccable par Isabel adorable. Très bonne localisation. Nous y avons passé un merveilleux séjour et reviendrons avec plaisir. ~ Alexandra C
Un personnel aux petits soins pour les clients, Luisa et son papa sont adorables et font preuve de beaucoup de réactivité et de professionnalisme ! L'hôtel est idéalement situé pour se balader et découvrir les animations de cette très belle ville de Funchal Le petit déjeuner est très équilibré et copieux avec de nouvelles petites préparations chaque jour Nous en garderons un excellent souvenir :) ~ Julien R
Zeer tevreden over ons verblijf hier! Het ligt heel centraal waardoor je goed Funchal kan verkennen. Ook het ontbijt was prima met heerlijke koffie. De kamers werden elke dag opgeruimd/schoongemaakt en zag er netjes uit. Enige kleine nadeel is dat de kast niet echt gebruikt kon worden door het missen van plankjes. Maar verder zeker aan te raden! We had an absolutely fantastic stay here! The location is perfect, walking distance from many restaurants (and despite the proximity it was not disturbing when we were relaxing or sleeping) with incredible views over the city. The accommodation was beautiful and extremely clean. Isabelle was the best cleaner ever and made us smile every day. Luisa was also fantastic, she went above and beyond with the time she took to give us information about the whole island. She helped us with planning which hikes to do, the best ways to get there and the best places to eat (Thankyou so much!). We highly recommend staying here, it really made our trip special and we loved everything about our stay! ~ Katie B
As I understand it, there are two accommodations here. This is certainly the reason why I can not understand these negative comments. The staff spoke perfect English and gave us tips what we could do in Funchal and what we should pay attention. The room was very clean, would be cleaned daily even if we did not want to. In addition, the equipment was very new and the beds were comfortable. The roof terrace and the short distance to the city center made it perfect. We did not book breakfast because we find buffet breakfasts a bit wasteful and can cook something good for 10€ per person. But that is a very personal attitude. ~ Kristoffer S
Zeer goed verzorgd verblijf alles netjes en elke dag word alles schoongemaakt en krijg je nieuwe handdoeken elke dag. Goed ontbijt met ruime keuze aan heerlijke gezonde hapjes Zit wel een een doorgaande weg waardoor het soms druk is qua verkeer ~ Paul R
The hosts were very responsive leading up to our stay because I had a few questions about parking. We had our room number and code to get in the morning of our stay before we even landed so there was no delay. Our room was spacious with a kitchenette and bathroom with toiletries. We were on the ground floor and it’s a very popular street but the noise was never a bother the windows reduce a good amount of noise. The roof top lounge is beautiful and well maintained. The location is central to the marina and plenty of restaurants and a few minutes walk from old town. The breakfast every morning was filling and had a variety of authentic food options to choose from. We rented a car space in the garage because we didn’t want to hassle with paying and finding a car space every day even though there were plenty around. I would still recommend a car spot for anyone re ting a car on the island. Thank you to the host and staff for an amazing stay! ~ Allie D
Stayed at ASPA - São Paulo Studios. [+] Nice and spacious studio, with a lot of light all day long. On top of that we had the a room with a beautiful terrace to admire the mountains and the city of Funchal. Location-wise it's perfect because it's from walking-distance to the city center, all while being in a rather quiet area. Last word to say that the breakfast proposed a vast array of options, with a lot of local products. [-] Not all the windows had big/thick enough curtains to cover the light in the morning so it was hard to sleep after the sun had come out. ~ Elian C
Vielen Dank für einen immer gut gesättigten Start in den Tag. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Mit toller Sonnenterrasse. Die Zimmer in Etage 1 sind eher kühl und schattig gelegen, für den Hochsommer super, für die Nebensaison ein bischen kühl. ~ Julia *
Mukava pieni hotelli lähellä keskustaa. Äänieristys ei ole kovin hyvä mutta meitä se ei haitannut. Huoneisto pidettiin joka päivä siistinä. Aamupala oli hyvä ja parasta oli kahvi. Henkilökunta todella ystävällistä. Voimme suositella. Tulemme varmasti uudelleen. ~ Laura S
Un petit havre de paix bien situé pour la visite de Funchal. Tout est accessible à pieds. Chambre impeccable avec kitchenette et le must : le petit jardin où nous avons pu prendre de bons petits déjeuners ~ Beatrice B
Das Zimmer war ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Möbel waren in die Jahre gekommen und das Hotel ist hellhörig. Das sind aber auch schon die einzigen negativen Punkte. Und wer Luxus haben will, muss eben auch bereit sein Luxuspreise zu zahlen. Hier Stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Der Standort ist perfekt gelegen. Alles was wir in Funchal besichtig haben, war in max. 13 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Das Personal war nur freundlich und purer Zucker. Wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist, ist es empfehlenswert einen Stellplatz zu buchen. 10/10 empfehlenswert! ~ Natalie H
Super séjour ! L’hôtel est bien situé dans Funchal et propose un parking, ce qui est très pratique. Notre chambre avec petite cuisine était calme, propre et bien équipée. Le petit déjeuner très varié était un vrai plus ! ~ Mathilde B
Todo reformado. Las habitaciones son amplias. La cocina está totalmente equipada. Nosotros teníamos el desayuno contratado, tipo continental y buffet. El personal es muy amable. Teníamos una habitación con cama de matrimonio contratada, pero nos ofrecieron un superior con vistas a la calle, con dos camas individuales, que fue todo un acierto, ya que son bastante amplias y muy cómodas. Por las noches no hay ruido alguno. Se ubica muy cerca del centro. Contratamos el parking, unos 7'5€/ día, ya que no hay apenas aparcamiento y todo es zona azul. ~ Isabel M

Excelente place👌💪, quite🤫, clean and Luísa Mendonça is very helpfull and kind😍😘. This apartaments are located in the center of Funchal💥 which is good, because me and my family could go by foot🏃‍♀️ to the Lavradores market, shoping etc. We enjoy 🤗☺️😚stay here. ~ Joao G
Absolutely perfect accommodation, very clean and well equipped with large comfortable bed, stylish decor and lovely outdoor area to sit. Plus a very tasty and fresh breakfast! Great location to city centre and airport bus stop. The hotel was also really helpful when I had a problem with my booking. ~ Alexa C
We loved our 11 nights stay at ASPA. The center of Funchal is just 5 min away, we got a parking spot in the garage provided by the hotel, the room was nice, the included breakfast at NUA was fantastic and the hotel staff was extremly helpful and friendly. ~ Lisa F

The studio was spacious and newly refurbished. The bathroom was perfectly clean, very comfortable with a walk-in shower, good water pressure and amazing decor details. The kitchen is really cool, with a vintage look but with very modern appliances. The induction stove works very well, the fridge has a good storage and the kitchen extractor is a piece of style for itself. A well self-catered studio in the middle of Funchal, for sure. In mood to go out, restaurants in the surroundings are good value for money and La Vie shopping center is a few meters away. The supermarket is there. The atmosphere of São Paulo is warm and familiar. The garden and the rooftop lounge are really relaxing although a 20 meters walk is necessary to go from one to the other. Glad that the entrance code is the same between buildings. Breakfast is a must-have. The bread is fantastic, there are a lot of choices. The yogurt is so tasty and the madeiran jams and honey are a great suprise. The service is on daily basis by default but it is possible to schedule the housekeeper visits, which we did, so we wouldn't be interrupted while on videoconference, something possible due to Wi-Fi's quality. The best I got so far overseas. I can only recommend this place. The stay went beyond my expectations and the staff attention towards my son melt my heart. ~ Tess R
